I provide therapy for adults, couples, and teens ages 13 and older in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Centennial Hills, and across Nevada through online counseling. For clients under 18, I begin with a phone conversation with a parent or guardian before scheduling the first session. Please contact me at 702-758-5269 to get started.
In Nevada, both parents or legal guardians must provide consent for therapy with minors. This is considered best practice and helps ensure a supportive process for your child or teen. During our initial call, I will also request the other parent’s contact information so I can send the necessary consent form, unless there is a different arrangement already in place.

The duration of therapy looks different for everyone. It depends on your unique goals, the challenges you are facing, and the progress you make along the way. Many clients in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Centennial Hills, and across Nevada via online counseling choose to meet weekly or biweekly to keep momentum and receive consistent support.
Some people find relief and reach their goals in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing therapy to explore deeper patterns and create lasting change. During our first sessions, we’ll talk about your needs and set a plan together, including how often we meet. Regular check-ins will help us evaluate your progress and decide what pace feels right for you.
Ultimately, the length of therapy is your decision. My role as your therapist is to provide compassionate support, whether you’re seeking short-term counseling for a specific issue or long-term therapy for healing trauma, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges. Together, we’ll create a path that supports your growth and helps you thrive.

Yes I also offer telehealth appointments for clients physically located in Nevada at the time of our session. You can join the video session using your phone, tablet, or computer, as long as you have a strong Wi-Fi connection and a private, quiet space. For safety and focus, telehealth sessions require the use of video and remaining stationary throughout the appointment—this means no driving during the session.
